Who we are

What the product does

PostReply is a writing assistant. It drafts posts and replies in your voice. You copy or paste drafts yourself and you tap send on X.

What we do not collect from X

We do not request, fetch, or pull posts from x.com. Reply drafts use only the plain text you paste or that the Chrome extension reads from the single post you have open.

We do not store other people's post text. Quota logs may keep a fingerprint and a timestamp, never the post body.

Account and authentication

If you sign in with Google, we receive your user id and email from our authentication provider so we can keep your positioning, quota, and Pro status.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle. We do not store your payment card details. Paddle may share subscription and billing status with us so we can unlock Pro.

Usage limits

We may process limited technical signals, such as an anonymous cookie and IP rate limits, to enforce the daily draft quota and reduce abuse.

Contact and requests

Email [email protected] to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your account data. We handle these by email.
